Spending even a few minutes in meditation regularly has powerful effects that help to
balance out our mind. body and spirit. This open session is ideal for anyone wishing to learn
the correct methods of posture. breathing and concentration. All are welcome.

Introductory Buddhist Teachings and Meditation
A guide through the essence of Buddhist thought covering the life of the Buddha. Four
Noble Truths and The Noble Eightfold Path as well as the correct posture. breathing and concentration for meditation.

For parents and kids to learn how to meditate and relax in a calming way together… listen to a Buddhist tale, followed by a short meditation. Then some juice, biscuits and colouring for the kids, while the parents enjoy a cuppa and a chat.
