If you have been looking for an opportunity to become a Buddhist officially, this is one. A Buddhist is someone who has taken refuge in the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, in what is known as the Refuge ceremony. Khenpo Lekshey will be conducting one such ceremony on Saturday 22nd June at 11am at the centre, followed (at 11.30) by an initiation that allows a practitioner (including those who may have just taken refuge) to do the Medicine Buddha sadhana, a Vajrayana meditation practice.
